Chères amies!

Can you believe it is the first day of December already? For us this is the start of a month filled with cosyness and pretty things. What is better than reading under a blanket on the sofa with a cup of hot coco or home made ginger tea? What feels more cozy than lighting candles all over the house. Who does not like this time of year where you have plenty of excuses to bake lovely cake, muffins, pies and onther yummy treats?
And if all that isn't enough already you also get to adorn your house with lovely ornaments, lights and bits of nature! I started making a small collection of fabric hearts from left-over fabric scraps to hang in our Christmas-tree and elsewhere in the house. Making them is like ointment to my soul. It makes me feel all relaxed. They give you a healthy dose of instant-gratification, since they take no time to make. And they are so pretty to look at. And the fact that you are recycling left-over material feels like you're doing something useful and good.
