"The footbath", painted by Helen Maria Turner

Bonsoir mes belles!

When you have a job that requires standing on your feet all day long, just like us, you need to take good care of them, so that they:
1. Get some good leisure time to be all fit and ready for the next work day
2. Look pretty and healthy

One of our favourit parts of foot care is taking a foot bath! You should do so at least once a week!
Foot baths offer so many options when it comes to ingredients. You can go for plain warm water, add sea salts, rose leaves, lavender, ...
Our pick of the day is a foot bath that is actually a giant cup of lime blossom tea: take two tea bags of lime blossom tea, and add it to your foot bath for a calming and soothing effect. Let your feet soak for 15 to 20 minutes. When you have your pumic stone at hand you can work on that annoying callus too. Do not forget to completely dry your feet so as to prevent fungal infections when you finish your bath! As a finishing touch, apply your favourite foot creme or lotion, and you will have really really happy feet!

So, now I'm off to make myself that giant cup of lime blossom tea!

Bonsoir!

Isis
