Good evening girls!
Todays post is going to be all about a super tasty healthy snack. We all know that, however much we want to, we can't eat cookies, biscuits, (cup)cakes, pies, scones, muffins, macarouns and pancakes every day at teatime unpunished. Before you notice you have gained some extra pounds, and with spring at our doorsteps that of course is the last thing we've been waiting for! With the skirt and bikini season so close, our bodies need to be in their best shape!
For that reason, sweethearts, we thought it was about getting time to share with you this great, tasty, natural, low fat and low sugar snack: iced banana! This is the drill: take as much bananas as you like (yes, the good thing about this snack is that you do not have to stick to one slice, one piece or portion!) cut 'em in pieces, put the banana slices in a frost resistant container, and have them in the freezer for about one hour. Put the frozen fruities in a pretty bowl, add a spoonfull (or two) of honey, and you're ready!
Of course you can also try to do this with other fruits! One of our favorite combinations is orange with just a pinch of cinnamon (a great thing about cinnamon is that it takes away sugar craves!).
What we like about these frozen fruits, is that you have the feeling you are treating yourself to something special, and that you are also treating your body in the best possible way!
What is your most ingenious (and tasty) healthy sweet snack? We want to hear!!!

If you freeze bananas and then blend them in the blender they turn into the same consistency as ice cream and taste the same too. It's amazing.
